What it is:
A time-management method that uses timed work sessions to improve focus and prevent burnout.

How to do it:
Set a timer for 25 minutes (one Pomodoro session).
Focus intensely on one task during this time—no distractions.
Take a 5-minute break once the timer ends.
Repeat this cycle four times, then take a longer break (15–30 minutes).
Benefits:
Helps to maintain consistent focus, manage procrastination, and ensure frequent breaks to recharge.
Tips on how to use it properly:
Track time to identify your natural focus duration.
Take breaks proportional to your focus session (e.g., 30-minute break after 1.5 hours of focus).
During breaks, engage in rejuvenating activities like walking or meditation.
